Nicholas J. Stefaniak, 36, of Westview Dr., Perry, is charged with assault 2nd and criminal mischief 4th after an investigation into a disturbance at the Byron Hotel, 6874 Byron Holley road in Byron on February 8, 2018.<\/p>\n
Stefaniak allegedly assaulted another person causing serious physical injury.<\/p>\n
Stefaniak also allegedly damaged the property of the same person.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court on February 9, 2018 and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash and $10,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n
Stefaniak will appear in the Town of Byron Court on February 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Andrew C. McGiveron,, 29, of Walkers Corners Rd., Byron, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after allegedly being found in possession of a glass pipe and a small quantity of marijuana in the vehicle he was operating on Clinton street road in Stafford on February 2, 2018.<\/p>\n
McGiveron was stopped for allegedly having his front license plate obstructed and he was operating on a restricted license.<\/p>\n
McGiveron was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on February 21, 2018.<\/p>\n

Timothy J. Hodgins, 32, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and no\/inadequate headlamps after a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on February 8, 2018.<\/p>\n
Hodgins was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 5, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n
