BLACKSHEAR<\/strong><\/em>, M\/23 of Batavia, NY, for harassment in the second degree after he hit and pushed another person during an argument. <em>Blackshear<\/em> was issued an appearance ticket with a return court date of 9\/13\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Weapon; Obstruction of Governmental Administration; AUO 3rd; Uninspected Motor Vehicle; Insufficient Tail Lamps<\/strong>, 2:37 PM, Tuesday, August 30, 2022, Ellicott St. \u2013 On 8\/30\/2022, <strong><em>Cassandra L. ELMORE<\/em><\/strong>, F\/30 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges. The charges stem from a traffic stop where <em>Elmore<\/em> was found to be allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. After a search of the vehicle, it was found that <em>Elmore<\/em> was allegedly in possession of two sets of metal knuckles as well as various items of drug equipment. <em>Elmore<\/em> was processed at the Batavia Police Department and released. She was issued appearance tickets returnable to Batavia City Court on 9\/13\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Mischief<\/strong>, 7:08 PM, Sunday, August 28, 2022, Central Ave. \u2013 On 8\/28\/2022,<strong><em> Alexander C. COLON-COLON<\/em><\/strong>, M\/28 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. The charge stems from an incident where <em>Colon-Colon<\/em> allegedly poured bleach on the property of another person during a domestic dispute. <em>Colon-Colon<\/em> was processed at the Batavia Police Department and arraigned in Batavia City Court before Judge Burns and released. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th<\/strong>, 8:52 PM, Friday, August 26, 2022, Pickthorn Dr. \u2013 <strong><em>Tammy L. CICATELLO<\/em><\/strong>, F\/52 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 8\/26\/2022 for the listed charge following a traffic stop. It is alleged that <em>Cicatello<\/em> was in possession of crack cocaine that was located in the vehicle. <em>Cicatello<\/em> was processed at the Batavia Police Department and at the Genesee County Jail. <em>Cicatello<\/em> was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 9\/6\/2022 at 1:30 PM, and released. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Harassment 2nd; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Criminal Contempt 1st<\/strong>, 6:45 PM, Thursday, July 28, 2022, State St. \u2013 On 8\/26\/2022<strong><em>, Latoya D. JACKSON<\/em><\/strong>, F\/36, of Batavia, NY, was arrested in an incident that took place on 7\/28\/2022. It is alleged that an individual had a stay away order of protection against <em>Jackson<\/em>, and <em>Jackson<\/em> had allegedly violated the order when she attempted to strike the individual with a closed fist, while the victim had a small child in his stroller that she was pushing. <em>Jackson<\/em> was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Petit Larceny<\/strong>, 11:00 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2022, Oak St. \u2013 On 8\/26\/2022, at approximately 11:53 AM, <strong><em>McKayla J. KOSIOREK<\/em><\/strong>, F\/27 of Oakfield, NY, was arrested after allegedly stealing cash from two different cash registers while working at the Days Inn. <em>Kosiorek<\/em> was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 9\/6\/2022. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Criminal Contempt 2nd<\/strong>, 6:21 PM, Friday, August 26, 2022, Hutchins St. \u2013 <strong><em>Jolene Y.
