On September 5, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Paul D. Barth Jr., 31, of Arcade, NY, charging him with criminal contempt 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0(disobeying court order).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 5, 2022, Troopers were dispatched to a domestic incident in the town of Arcade. Upon arrival, Troopers determined that there was a stay away order in place. Barth was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing.
