Coughlin, 32, of Oakfield, NY, is charged with falsely reporting an incident 3rd degree following an investigation into an incident Coughlin alleged took place on September 21, 2022, at 7:30p.m. in Oakfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An investigation revealed that the incident did not occur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coughlin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Oakfield Town Court on November 7, 2022, at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On September 22, 2022, the Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office arrested Kevin D. Wolff, 51, and Cherie L. Bender, 52, both of Stafford, NY, after a domestic incident that allegedly endangered the welfare of two children on August 25, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both are charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wolff and Bender were released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Stafford Court on October 13, 2022, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Renee L.
