Reuben, 26, no address provided, is charged with arson 3rd degree, criminal mischief 3rd degree and conspiracy 5th degree, all felonies, after an investigation into a building fire at 368 Martin road in Alabama, NY, on September 29, 2022, at 10:38p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reuben allegedly set fire to a building causing damage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reuben was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also charged in the investigation is Garrett S. Porter, 26, no address provided. He is charged with conspiracy 5th degree and was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both Reuben and Porter will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 15, 2022, at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rufus G. Johnson, 29, of Chili, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd degree and petit larceny, after allegedly stealing property from Walmart, 4133 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia, on October 8, 2022 at 10:07a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson was previously trespassed from the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Johnson is to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on October 26, 2022, at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brandi L.
