The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Ricardo Castillo Jr., 39, of Maple Ave., Oakfield, NY, after an investigation into a series of sex offenses that occurred from November 2019 through August 2021 in the village of Oakfield and town of Elba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castillo is charged with 13 counts of rape 1st degree, 10 counts of rape 2nd degree\/victim under 15 years old, 13 counts of criminal sexual act 1st degree and 10 counts of criminal sexual act 2nd degree\/victim under 15 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castillo is facing a total of 46 counts. He was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He will re-appear in court at a later date<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
