He will appear in Darien Town Court on October 20, 2022 at 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matthew J. Zon, 41, of Byron, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree, after violating a full stay away order of protection on October 9, 2022 in Byron, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zon was previously convicted of criminal contempt within the past 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arraigned in Stafford Town Court by Judge Mattice for Byron Court and then released on his own recognizance.
