This incident also occurred in the presence of a juvenile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preedom is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree, harassment 2nd degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was processed at SP Batavia and later released under supervision.
