Jonathan E. Stanton, 35, of Vine St., Batavia, was arrested following the report of a suspicious male inside the Rite Aid store at 4155 West Main street road in Batavia on February 19, 2018 at 4:40p.m.<\/p>\n
Stanton allegedly stole merchandise in the amount of $119.97 and possessed drug paraphernalia, hypodermic instruments and a quantity of marijuana on his person.<\/p>\n
Stanton is charged with petit larceny, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Madalyn R. Muntz, 32, of Evans St., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and unlawful possession of a marijuana after being picked up on a bench warrant while walking down Liberty street on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n
After being taken into custody by the Genesee County Drug Task Force, Muntz was found to allegedly be in possession of cocaine, a hypodermic instrument, drug paraphernalia and a marijuana smoking device.<\/p>\n
Muntz was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m<\/p>\n
