Harassment 2nd: Forcible Touching<\/strong>, 8:15 PM, Friday, October 14, 2022, E. Main St. \u2013 Aron Q. BREW, M\/51, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 10\/14\/2022 for the above stated charges following an investigation into a sex offense. BREW allegedly attempted to get another person to touch his genitalia and subjected that person to physical contact. BREW was given an appearance ticket for 10\/18\/2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n

Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree<\/strong>, 8:54 PM, Monday, September 12, 2022, Jefferson Square. \u2013 On 10\/13\/2022, Jill M. TURNER, F\/40, of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charge. TURNER allegedly damaged an individual\u2019s vehicle in a municipal parking lot. TURNER was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on recognizance. TURNER is set to return to Batavia City Court on 10\/27\/2022 at 1:30 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HEWITT, M\/43, of LeRoy, NY, was arrested for the above stated charges, after further investigation into a previous traffic stop. HEWITT was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers in Batavia City Court on all charges in this case. HEWITT was remanded to the Genesee County Jail and is to appear at a later date. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
