On February 19, 2018, a Warsaw man was arrested following an investigation into a broken down car on Plowe Road in the Town of Attica.<\/p>\n
Jacob J. Sumeriski, 56, of Warsaw, was observed by deputies parked roadside after experiencing vehicle issues.<\/p>\n
Sumeriski was found to be in possession of a pipe, commonly used for smoking crack cocaine, along with other drug paraphernalia. He also was showing possible signs of drug impairment.<\/p>\n
Following a DWAI investigation, Sumeriski was placed under arrest.<\/p>\n
Sumeriski was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where he underwent a drug influence evaluation by a Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office Drug Recognition Expert. He was found to be impaired by drugs and unable to operate a vehicle safely.<\/p>\n
Sumeriski is charged with DWAI\/ Drugs and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd.<\/p>\n
Sumeriski was released with appearance tickets to a sober third party and will answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Attica Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
