Green has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of driving while ability impaired by drugs, a class E felony, reckless driving as a misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, after operating a 2003 Dodge on East Main street and North Spruce street in the City of Batavia, while her ability to operate the vehicle was allegedly impaired by drugs on April 22, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In count 2, Green is accused of endangering users of a public highway, Rt. 63 near Cedar street in the City of Batavia on the same above date<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In count 3, Green knowingly an unlawfully possessed a controlled substance, Clonazepam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Green was previously convicted of driving while ability impaired by drugs as a misdemeanor on March 31, 2022 in Batavia City Court. The conviction was within ten years previous to the commission of the crime alleged in the indictment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
