Ronnie K. Johnson, 52, of Batavia, NY, was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant for rape 1st degree, a class B felony, on October 27, 2022, on Park road at 6:28p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While being taken into custody by Sheriff’s Investigators, he allegedly possessed narcotics with intent to sell. He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, a class B felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th degree, a class C felony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson is also charged with unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, menacing 2nd degree, and criminal obstruction of breathing and blood circulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson was arraigned in Batavia Town Court by Judge Funke and was held without bail. Johnson is scheduled to re-appear in Town of Batavia Court on November 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
