Matthew T. Dixon, 39, of Silver Springs, was arrested after an investigation into an unwanted guest complaint on February 27, 2018.<\/p>\n
Deputies were dispatched to Orchard Street in the Village of Silver Springs where a complainant reported Dixon was attempting to break down their front door.<\/p>\n
Dixon left the scene while deputies were enroute to the scene. Dixon was later found at his own residence.<\/p>\n
Following the investigation, Dixon was taken into custody for DWI. Dixon is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a\u00a0 BAC of .18% or higher, driving with .08% BAC or higher and DWI.<\/p>\n
Dixon was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where bail was set in the amount of $10,000.00 cash bail or bond. Dixon is being held in the Wyoming County Jail awaiting a March 12, 2018 court appearance in the Village of Silver Springs Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
