Scarbrough, 24, both of Batavia, accusing each of them of the crime of aggravated cruelty to animals (two counts), a felony charge under Agriculture and Markets law, after allegedly abandoning an animal in a cage for an extended period of time, intentionally causing serious physical injury to a companion animal in the City of Batavia on May 10, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Dustin M. Locicero, 37, of Bolivar, NY, accusing him of the crimes of falsifying business records first degree, a class E felony, on April 26, 2022, while at Pawn King on Veteran&#8217;s Memorial drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locicero made or caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In count 2, he is accused of burglary 3rd degree, a class D felony, after unlawfully entering a building\/garage on Broadway road in Darien on June 5, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In count 3, he is facing a petit larceny charge for allegedly stealing a power nailer, an orbital sander, and a battery charger with battery on June 5, 2022, on Broadway road in Darien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Andrew J. Draper, accusing him of criminal contempt 1st degree, a class E felony, and harassment 2nd degree, a violation, after Draper subjected a person with an order of protection against him, to physical contact while at a residence in the City of Batavia on June 17, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Andrew J.
