Strangulation 2nd; Criminal Mischief 4th<\/strong>, 2:00 AM, Saturday, August 6, 2022, Liberty St. \u2013 Stephen E. PIKE<\/em><\/strong>, M\/26, of Pavilion, NY, was arrested on November 2, 2022, at 10:00 AM following an investigation into an alleged domestic incident. PIKE was arraigned in Batavia City Court on the charges of strangulation 2nd degree, and criminal mischief 4th degree. PIKE was held without bail and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. He is set to return to court on November 15, 2022, at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to appear<\/strong>, 12:00 PM, Tuesday, October 11, 2022, W. Main St. \u2013 On 11\/2\/2022, Jason H. FREEMAN<\/strong><\/em>, M\/41, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant and a bench warrant from Batavia City Court. FREEMAN was arraigned by Judge Rogers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 cash, $10,000 bond, and $20,000 surety bond. He is due back in court on November 16, 2022. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WAPNIESKI<\/strong><\/em>, M\/19, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after he allegedly broke into a house causing damage, stealing various household items. WAPNIEWSKI was arraigned in Batavia City Court on November 1, 2022 at 9:39 AM by Judge Rogers, and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. WAPNIEWSKI is due back in Batavia City Court on November 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harassment 2nd,<\/strong> 2:00 AM, Sunday, October 30, 2022, Pringle Ave. \u2013 ON 10\/31\/2022, Tamera A. INNOCENT<\/strong><\/em>, F\/25, of Dansville, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that took place on October 30, 2022. It is alleged that INNOCENT struck a male in the face with a closed fist during a domestic incident. INNOCENT was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harassment 2nd<\/em><\/strong>, 9:51 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2022, E. Main St. \u2013 On 10\/29\/2022, at approximately 10:27 PM, Joanne JONES<\/em><\/strong>, F\/53, of Buffalo, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd following a disturbance at a residential facility on E. Main street. JONES was arrested and released with an appearance ticket with a return court date of November 15, 2022 at 1:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
