A Batavia man has been charged with DWI after a late afternoon accident on Rt. 33 at Prole road about 4:40p.m. Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Timothy P. Pendleton, 32, is charged with DWI, 1st offense, after a two vehicle accident State Police say.<\/p>\n

Pendleton was arrested on scene after the accident. No other information is available.<\/p>\n

The other driver were transported to the hospital by ambulance with non life threatening injuries according to Stafford Fire.<\/p>\n

UPDATE: The driver of the second vehicle, Greg E. Smith, 60, of Stafford, was also charged with DWI, 1st offense in the accident. He was released and issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
