Alex P. Wells, 27, of Read Rd., Pembroke, is charged with burglary 2nd and menacing 2nd after an incident on Read road in the Town of Pembroke January 12, 2017.<\/p>\n

Wells was found to have allegedly entered a neighbor’s home armed with a loaded 12 gauge shotgun and menaced the family who was residing there.<\/p>\n

Wells was arrested and then arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court.<\/p>\n

He was jailed in lieu of $25,000 cash bail and $50,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Wells is scheduled to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 2, 2017 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Hannah M. Zuppa, 19, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with 2 counts of petit larceny after an investigation into a theft at a residence located on Judge road in the Town of Alabama.<\/p>\n

Zuppa was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 2, 2017.<\/p>\n
