Macioszek II, he is accused of the crime of grand larceny 3rd degree, a class D felony, after allegedly stealing property having a value in excess of $3,000 between May 2020 and September 2020 in the town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Katherine J. Briggs, accusing her of criminal contempt 1st degree, a class E felony, after violating a stay away order of protection on July 27, 2022 in the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The District Attorney, Kevin T. Finnell, accuses Briggs of having been convicted of the crime of criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, on March 16, 2021 in City Court, in the City of Batavia.
