Gorton, 25, of Batavia, NY, is charged with assault 2nd degree\/victim under 7 years old, a class D felony, aggravated sexual abuse 2nd degree\/victim under 11, a class C felony and endangering the welfare of a child, after an investigation into a series of offenses that occurred in the month of September at an address in the town of Batavia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigators say the incidents involved the same juvenile victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gorton was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court on November 17, 2022 and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Connor J. Rombaut, 25, of Brockport, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable or prudent, after an accident at 8029 Lake street road in LeRoy on November 11, 2022 at 10:09p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputies say Rombaut was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released with appearance tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rombaut is to appear in LeRoy Town Court on November 17, 2022 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deborah C.
