Following a sex offense investigation by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office, Roger E. Bartz, 73, of Varysburg, NY, is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, course of sexual conduct against a child first degree\/less than 11 years old and endangering the welfare of a child after a November 10, 2022 incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bartz was arraigned before Warsaw Justice Ron Errington, acting on behalf of the Town of Sheldon Justice, and was jailed without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bartz will reappear in the Town of Sheldon Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
