Glass, 22, of Elmira, NY, is charged with criminal trespass 2nd degree, after deputies responded to Genesee Community College on November 17, 2022 at 5:33p.m. for a female trespassing. Glass had previously been advised to not come back on the property on a prior date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glass was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 7, 2022 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jody A.
