A second person has been charged after a two vehicle accident in Stafford on February 28, 2018 on Rt. 33 at Prole road.<\/p>\n

Greg E. Smith, 60, of Stafford, is charged with DWI, 1st offense, after a two vehicle accident\u00a0 that occurred about 4:40 p.m. this past Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Smith was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n

The driver of the other vehicle, Timothy P. Pendleton, 32, was also charged with DWI, 1st offense, after the accident.<\/p>\n

Neither driver suffered any serious injuries in the crash.<\/p>\n
