Fiannaca, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd degree, after a reported larceny at 4181 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in Batavia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From August 1, 2022 through October 12, 2022, Fiannaca allegedly sole over $3,000 in merchandise from a retail store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiannaca was arraigned in the town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in court on December 13, 2022 at 2:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case was investigated by Investigator Erik Andre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beth A. Jeffres, 40, homeless, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug, two counts of criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, promoting prison contraband 1st degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, after allegedly entering the Genesee County Jail with a quantity of controlled substances on November 26, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeffres was held on cash bail and is due to reappear in City Court on December 15, 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Giuseppe G.
