Bush, accusing him of rape in the first degree, a class B violent felony, after an incident on October 4, 2017 in the Town of Bergen where Bush allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.<\/p>\n<p>In count two of the indictment, Bush is accused of rape 3rd degree, a class E felony, after allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with another person without the person&#8217;s consent where such lack of consent was by reason of some factor other than incapacity to consent on October 4, 2017 in the Town of Bergen.<\/p>\n<p>In count three, the indictment accuses Bush of the crime of criminal sexual act in the third degree, a class E felony, after allegedly engaging in oral sexual conduct with another person without such person&#8217;s consent where such lack of consent was by reason of some factor other than incapacity to consent on October 4, 2017 in the Town of Bergen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Grand Jury of Genesee County has indicted Joshua J.
