Mylniec allegedly shot and killed Robert Irvine III at 2468 Rt. 246 in the Town of Perry, Mylniec&#8217;s residence.<\/p>\n<p>Mylniec is a retired deputy and a Town Board member for the Town of Perry.<\/p>\n<p>He is scheduled to appear in Warsaw Town Court on March 12, 2018 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Wyoming County Sheriff&#8217;s Office crime reconstruction team has been on location at a farm on Rt. 246 in Perry for most of the evening.
