Salcido, 33, of Batavia, NY, is charged with felony DWI\/previous conviction within 10 years, reckless driving, moving from a lane unsafely, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, and operating without an interlock device, after a traffic stop on Lake Street Road in the Town of LeRoy on December 15, 2022 at 2:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salcido allegedly almost struck a Genesee County Sheriff&#8217;s Patrol vehicle head on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salcido was issued tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on January 3, 2022 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevin Q. Widzinski, 29, of Chili, NY, is charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, after a motor vehicle accident on Warsaw Road in the Town of LeRoy on December 15, 2022 at 7:24p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After an investigation, it was determined that Widzinski was allegedly operating his vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on February 7, 2023 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alyssa M. Harnish, 34, of Batavia, NY, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree while at the Genesee County Jail on December 14, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The charge was the result of an investigation of an incident that occurred on November 16, 2022 at a residence in the Town of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harnish was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on January 4, 2022 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stephanie L.
