Keith E. Legge, 46, of N. Main St., Warsaw, was arrested on a City Court arrest warrant by the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office on March 6, 2018, after an investigation into an incident where Legge allegedly sent numerous threats to multiple people via Facebook Messenger.<\/p>\n
Legge is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd in the incident.<\/p>\n
He was turned over to Batavia Police and arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of bail.<\/p>\n
Legge re-appeared in court on March 8, 2018.<\/p>\n

Katty L. Jackson, 21, of Summer St., Buffalo, is charged with harassment 2nd and obstruction of governmental administration following a domestic incident on Central avenue on March 8, 2018.<\/p>\n
Jackson allegedly struck a person and a City of Batavia Police Officer during the incident.<\/p>\n
Jackson was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n
