Laureano, 26, of Cumberland Ave., Buffalo, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unsafe tires after a traffic stop on 1192 Bloomingdale road in Alabama on January 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Laureano was found to allegedly be in possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle on a suspended driver&#8217;s license.<\/p>\n<p>He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on February 21, 2017<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer L. Greck, 47, of Seven Springs Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after allegedly damaging a motel room door at 4036 West Main street road on January 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Greck was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 26, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joshua M.
