Solomon was transported to the Genesee County Jail to wait for arraignment on the charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inzinna was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on his own recognizance and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on January 3, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pape was issued uniform traffic tickets and released. He will appear in Pavilion Town Court on January 17, 2023 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nia H. Spring, 23, of Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and grand larceny 4th after being arrested on December 30, 2022 at 8:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spring was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and then arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released under supervision. Spring is due back in Alabama Town Court on January 12, 2023 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
