The trial of Antwan Odom, 22, of Batavia, has been delayed due to Odom’s attorney, Frank Housh, being suspended for misconduct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Odom is scheduled for an appearance in County Court on January 13, 2023, so that we can determine who his next attorney will be, and we will probably set a new trial date,” says District Attorney Donald O’Geen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odom was arraigned on Indictment for 4 counts of burglary in the second degree, a class C felony in March 2022. The burglaries occurred in February 2022. Odom is currently awaiting trial at the Wyoming County Jail. The case was to go to trial later this month.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
