Difilippo, 29, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with sex offender failing to report change address\/status after allegedly failing to disclose an email address to the Probation Department on January 12, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Difilippo was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He will appear in Batavia City Court on February 9, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timothy T. Hsia, 33, of Mckeesport, PA, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, aggravated unlicensed operator 3rd degree, unlicensed operator, failure to use four-way flashers and was issued uniform traffic tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hsia was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on February 8, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David C. Pfenninger Jr., 44, of Corfu, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after being located in his vehicle stuck in a ditch on the side of the road on Rt. 77 in Pembroke, NY on January 13, 2023 at 1:10a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pfenninger was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 2, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul Crawford, 54, of Batavia, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration on Old Meadow Lane in Batavia, NY on January 12, 2023 at 9:02p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crawford was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 25, 2023 at 1:00p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">John J. Gronowski, 45, of Cheektowaga, NY was arrested for criminal trespass on January 12, 2023 at 2: 02p.m., after allegedly remaining on the property at Batavia Downs on Park Road in the Town of Batavia, after previously being told he was no longer allowed to be there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gronowski was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jordan R.
