Lisa M. Sinclair, 43, of Myrtle St., LeRoy, is charged with forgery 2nd and grand larceny 3rd, both felonies, after she allegedly falsified checks of her employer to herself, stealing in excess of $23,000.<\/p>\n
The incident occurred at a business on Main road in Stafford on March 5, 2018.<\/p>\n
Sinclair was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n
She will re-appear in court on April 3, 2018 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n

Phillip D. Amedio, 18, of Hartland Rd., Gasport, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle accident on Bloomingdale road in Alabama\u00a0 on March 14, 2018 at 3:18a.m.<\/p>\n
Amedio was allegedly found in possession of an amount of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on April 18, 2018 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n
