Buckenmeyer, 32, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI\/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, driving left of pavement markings, operating a motor vehicle on a public highway using a mobile phone, no seat belt, and a speed violation\/unreasonable speed, after a motor vehicle accident in Bethany at Creek Road and Putnam Road on January 20, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buckenmeyer was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Bethany Court on February 22, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michele L. DiFalco, 34, of Alabama, NY, is charged with DWAI\/drugs, moving from a lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, following an accident on Judge Road in Alabama on November 8, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DiFalco was initially released pending lab results. She was later arrested on January 21, 2023 and issued appearance tickets for Alabama Town Court on February 7, 2023 at 6:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ronald C. Inzinna, 54, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly violating an order of protection issued by Stafford Town Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inzinna was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on February 7, 2023 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cory B.
