They were arrested on January 25, 2023 and are being held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marco Coles, 35, of Rochester, NY, is charged with burglary 2nd degree\/dwelling, a class C felony, criminal mischief 3rd degree, a class E felony, criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree\/value greater than 3,000, a class D felony, and burglary 3rd degree\/illegal entry with intent, a class D felony, after a burglary in progress in the Town of Pavilion on January 19, 2023 at 10:48p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coles was arrested on January 20, 2023, and is being held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David P. Jacobs, 43, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle 3rd degree and operating a vehicle impaired by drugs 1st degree, both misdemeanors, in Alabama, NY on January 21, 2023 at 2:17p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacobs was issued an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>William Johnson, 23, Christopher Thompson, 37, and Sequan S.
