Saddler, 32, of Rochester, NY and Kara B. Sass, 28, of Batavia, NY, were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saddler and Sass were allegedly in possession of illegal narcotics and associated paraphernalia inside of the vehicle while deputies were assisting NYS Parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both were issued an appearance ticket and the vehicle was towed from the scene. They are scheduled to appear in City Court on February 9, 2023 at 1:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident was investigated by Deputy Nicholas Chamoun, Batavia Police Officer Quider, Genesee County Drug Task Force and NYS Parole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alan J. Borlaug Jr., 27, of Rochester, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI\/driving with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI and no \/inadequate plate lamp light on January 22, 2023 on Clinton Street Road in Byron, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borlaug Jr. was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Byron Town Court on February 6, 2023 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian E. Daggar, 37, of Elba, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from a department store at 4140 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on January 23, 2023 at 2:52p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daggar was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 28, 2023 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following a traffic stop on West Main Street on January 26, 2023 at 5:50p.m., Marquis K.
