Martin, 64, of McKinley Ave., Batavia, is charged with offering a false instrument for filing 2nd after allegedly filing a report in August of 2015 for a bank transaction she claimed she did not make, but was the only person present.<\/p>\n<p>Martin will appear in City Court on February 7, 2017 at 9:30a.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ryan J. Emery, 19. of Main St., Oakfield, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Alleghany road in Pembroke.<\/p>\n<p>Emery was a passenger in the vehicle that was stopped.<\/p>\n<p>Emery was allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n<p>He will appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on January 24, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linda A.
