Nasir C. Nathan<\/em><\/strong>, 27, of Walnut Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Gang Assault 1st Degree. On 1\/22\/23 Nathan was arrested for Gang Assault 1st Degree.\u00a0 It is alleged that Nathan participated in a gang assault on 10\/4\/2019 on Highland Park in Batavia.\u00a0 Nathan was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held on bail set at $10,000 A, $20,000 B, and $40,000 E.\u00a0 Nathan is set to return to Batavia City Court on 2\/14\/23 at 1:00pm. The incident was investigted by Officer Wilson, members of the Detective Bureau and arrest made by Officer Yung. <\/p>\n\n\n

Robert D. Griffin<\/strong>, 44, of State Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt Second and Aggravated Family Offense (more than one offense within five years). On 1\/19\/23, Griffin was arrested by Officer Yung for Criminal Contempt Second and Aggravated Family Offense (more than one offense within five years) after an investigation into a domestic incident.\u00a0 Griffin was turned over to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert D. Griffin<\/strong>, 44, of State Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt 1st. On 1\/23\/23\u00a0Griffin was arrested by Officer Yung for Criminal Contempt 1st after allegedly being in the presence of a protected party in violation of a stay away order of protection.\u00a0 Griffin was turned over to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael R. Ostrander<\/strong>, 58, of East Main Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt Second degree. On 7\/25\/2022, Ostrander was arrested for Criminal Contempt Second degree after a domestic incident investigation and released on an appearance ticket.  Ostrander failed to appear and a bench warrant that was issued by Batavia City Court.  Ostrander was arrested by Officer Defelice on the warrant, arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge Burns, and released under supervision and is set to return on 1\/30\/23 at 1:30pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joseph C. Jeffords<\/strong>, 31, of Chestnut Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. On 1\/23\/23 Jeffords was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle by PO Martinez.\u00a0 It is alleged that Jeffords borrowed a friend\u2019s vehicle to go to Rochester on 12\/28\/22 and did not return it.\u00a0 Jeffords was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 2\/7\/23 at 1:00pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthony L. Vanelli<\/strong>, 45, of Federal Drive, Batavia, NY, is charged after not appearing in court on a Petit Larceny arrest. On 1\/23\/23 Vanelli was arrested by Sgt. Coffey on a warrant issued by Batavia City Court.\u00a0 Vanelli was originally arrested and given an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny on 5\/2\/22 after allegedly stealing a Kit Kat candy bar and a can of Nitro Pepsi from a local business.\u00a0 Vanelli was arraigned on the warrant and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $1 bail pending his next court appearance on 2\/1\/23. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert A. Shuttleworth<\/strong>, 64, of Gaslight Lane, Batavia, NY, is charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a suspended registration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver. On 1\/20\/23, Shuttleworth was arrested by Officer Mruczek and arraigned in Batavia City Court on a warrant issued for Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.\u00a0 Shuttleworth is to reappear in Batavia City Court on 2\/14\/23 at 2:00pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shelby L. Fryer<\/strong>, 27, of Prune Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08% or More Alcohol in Blood and Unlicensed Driver. On 1\/22\/23, Fryer was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court on the above charges.\u00a0 Fryer was originally arrested on 10\/17\/2021 and issued traffic tickets. Fryer was held for arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Part Court. The Original case\u00a0was handled by Officer Gombos and warrant arrest was handled by Officer Weglarski. <\/p>\n\n\n

Jessica B. Saeli<\/strong>, 33, of Morse Place, Batavia, NY, is charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, Assault 3rd, and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. On 1\/18\/23, Saeli was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Batavia City Court for Criminal Contempt 1st, Assault 3rd, and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd.\u00a0 The charges stem from a domestic incident on 9\/16\/22 where Saeli was arrested, arraigned and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice until her return.\u00a0 Saeli was turned over on the bench warrant to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court. Original incident was handled by Officer Lindsay and Officer Moscicki, warrant arrest was handled by Officer Rissinger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adam M. White<\/strong> ,36, of North Lyon Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with equipment violations and Driving While Intoxicated. On 1\/15\/23, White was arrested by Officer Weglarski for DWI following a traffic stop.\u00a0 White was turned over to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dustin T. Forkell<\/strong>, 31, of Hulberton Road, Holley, NY, is charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th, a motor vehicle. On 1\/21\/23, Forkell was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Forkell was turned over to the Genesee County Jail to await Centralized Arraignment Part Court. The case was handled by Officer Rissinger and members of the Detective Bureau. <\/p>\n\n\n

Bradley R. Jordan<\/strong>, 30, of Liberty Street, Batavia, NY, is charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Aggravated Family Offense. On 1\/20\/23, Jordan was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Aggravated Family Offense after an investigation into a domestic incident.\u00a0 Jordan was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court and held without bail until his next appearance. The case was investigated by Officer Freemand and Sgt. Cowen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
