David T. Neuhaus, 31, of Fisher Park, Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd and unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle after leading police on a pursuit through the City of Batavia that ended at a residence on Clipnock road in Bethany on March 10, 2018 at 4:51p.m.<\/p>\n

Neuhaus entered the residence in Bethany and police, deputies and troopers surrounded the house and were able to take Neuhaus into custody without further incident.<\/p>\n

The incident started at 2 Hutchins Place in Batavia after a reported disturbance with people fighting.<\/p>\n

Neuhaus was arraigned on the charges in City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n

Additionally, on March 16, 2018, Neuhaus was arrested on an active arrest warrant from September 27, 2017 where he was charged with obstructing governmental administration 2nd, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal trespass after an incident at 2 Fisher Park.<\/p>\n

Neuhaus was arraigned in City Court on the arrest warrant and jailed in lieu of $5.000 cash bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
