Kone, 41, of Byron, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, open container and following too closely after a motor vehicle collision on Townline Road in the town of Bergen on January 31, 2023. at 5:54p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kone was allegedly intoxicated by alcohol at the time of operating the vehicle. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on February 15, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keith H.
