Jonathan C. Elleman, 26, of Exchange St., Attica, is charge with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and driver’s view obstructed after a reported erratic driver complaint on March 18, 2018 at 2:41a.m.<\/p>\n

Deputies located a vehicle matching the description that was found parked on the side of the road on Sharrick road.<\/p>\n

After an investigation, Elleman was arrested.<\/p>\n

He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Darien Town Court on April 10, 2018 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Eric J. Olverd, 45, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and no tail lamp after a traffic stop on Central avenue in Batavia on March 18, 2018 at 12:51a.m.<\/p>\n

Deputy Meyer was assisted by Batavia Police and charges are pending for a passenger in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
