Kosiorek, 44, homeless, of Batavia, was arrested yesterday, January 17, 2017,\u00a0 and charged with 2 counts of burglary 2nd following an investigation into two burglaries that occurred at 12 Ellicott street, Rancho Viejo Restaurant, in the overnight hours of January 14, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Kosiorek burglarized the business once and then returned a couple of hours later and burglarized it again.<\/p>\n<p>Kosiorek was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail.<\/p>\n<p>He will return to court later this afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Andrew L.
