Leon W. Johnson, 34, of S. Main St., Albion, is charged with stalking 3rd, threat of injury, stalking 4th, cause harm to mental\/emotional health, and endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old, following a domestic incident on Edward street on March 19, 2018 at 6:30a.m.<\/p>\n
Johnson was\u00a0 arraigned in City Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash or bond bail. He will re-appear in City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Alex S. Dumbleton, 24, of W. Main St.Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd after Dumbleton allegedly threatened another person on Franklin street on March 19, 2018.<\/p>\n
Dumbleton was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on April 3, 2018.<\/p>\n

Arlena G. Cox, 57, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $62.53 worth of merchandise, consisting of make-up and soda, from Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street on March 20, 2018.<\/p>\n
Cox was arrested an issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on March 27, 2018 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n

Otha E. Rivers III, 37, of Lakeshore Dr., Canandaigua, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of City Court for illegal parking in August of 2012.<\/p>\n
Rivers III was transported to City Court where he was arraigned. He then pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay a fine.<\/p>\n
Rivers III has until April 20, 2018 to pay the fine. He was then released<\/p>\n
