Szustakowski<\/em>, 34, of Attica, NY, is charged with felony DWI\/conviction within the last 10 years, obstructing governmental administration 2nd, speeding in a 55-mph zone, and open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, following a traffic stop on RT. 33 in the Town of Bergen on February 10, 2023 at 8:07p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szustakowski allegedly attempted to flee on foot behind the backyard of a residence as Sgt. Clor attempted to initiate a traffic stop. He was apprehended after a foot pursuit and found to allegedly be intoxicated by alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Szustakowski was arraigned on February 11, 2023 in Genesee County CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Tiffany M. McAllister<\/em>, 32, and <em>Zachary R. Reed<\/em>, 32, both of Batavia, NY, are each charged with assault 2nd degree, after an assault that allegedly occurred at a business in the town of Batavia at 3489 W. Main Street Road on January 28, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McAllister was arraigned in the Genesee County Cap Court and released on her own recognizance. She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on February 28, 2023 at 3:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reed was arraigned in the Batavia Town Court on February 14, 2023 and released on his own recognizance. He will re-appear in the Batavia Town Court on March 14, 2023 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Zakara R. Jackson<\/em>, 19, of Batavia, NY, is charged with promoting prison contraband 1st degree following a drug complaint at the Genesee County Jail on February 5, 2023 at 7:13a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jackson allegedly introduced a crack pipe into the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jackson was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and will appear in Batavia City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_____________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Alyssa M. Harnish<\/em>, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after a domestic incident on W. Main Street Road on February 12, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harnish allegedly struck a child during the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harnish was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and was released on her own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Raeshawn S. Robinson<\/em>, 25, of Fairbanks St., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, no\/insufficient tail lamps, no seat belt and failure to use 4-way flashers, after a traffic stop on Rt. 63 in the Town of Alabama on February 12, 2023 at 12:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robinson was taken into custody and arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Caleb R. Swendsen<\/em>, 28, of Pembroke, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree on February 12, 2023 at 11:22a.m. on Main street in Oakfield, NY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swendsen allegedly possessed a small bag containing a crystal rock like substance and drug paraphernalia in the passenger seat of his vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Swendsen will appear in Oakfield Town Court on March 6, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Demetrius J. Coleman<\/em>, 27, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a BB gun from 4180 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive in the town of Batavia on February 10, 2023 at 2:49p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coleman will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 2, 2023 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">_______________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Joseph C.
