Christopher Volk, 22, of Castile, was arrested following a domestic incident on Toolhouse Road in the Town of Warsaw on January 16, 2017.<\/p>\n
Volk is accused of taking a cell phone out of the victim\u2019s hand and taking it to a remote location near the residence.<\/p>\n
An order of protection was in place at the time protecting the victim from Volk.<\/p>\n
Volk later returned to the scene when police were on location at which time he was taken into custody.<\/p>\n
It was also determined that Volk was convicted of the family offense of assault 3rd in 2015 in connection with another domestic incident.<\/p>\n
Volk is charged with grand larceny 4th, criminal contempt 2nd, and aggravated family offense.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where he was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond.<\/p>\n
