Liotto, 63, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and failure to keep right after a one vehicle motor vehicle accident on Drake Street Road in Elba on February 24, 2023 at 1:001a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liotta was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Elba Town Court on March 15, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andrea M. Kreutter, 33, of Bethany, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and driver&#8217;s view obstructed after a traffic stop on May 13, 2022 on East Main Street Road in Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kreutter was allegedly in possession of illegal narcotics during a traffic stop. Kreutter is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on March 14, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hector Y. Hernandez, 22, of Rochester, NY, is charge with DWI and speeding in a 55-mph zone on Apple Tree Avenue in Bergen on February 26, 2023 at 3:34a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hernandez was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 5, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">___________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kevin M.
