Hattaway, 36, of Batavia, NY, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree after a traffic stop on Rt. 63\/Lewiston Road in Batavia on March 3, 2023 at 3:38a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hattaway was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while her driving privileges were suspended, and she allegedly possessed multiple controlled substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hattaway was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on March 14, 2023 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">______________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evan F. Maynard, 22, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly removing merchandise from its original packaging and concealing it on his person and then attempted to leave the store without paying during a larceny incident at Target, 4300 Veteran&#8217;s Memorial Drive on March 2, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maynard was detained by COR Security and was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released on an appearance ticket.
