Zachary A. Laird, 26, of Bethany, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more\/prior conviction within 10 years, an E felony, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree and criminal mischief, following a domestic incident in Bethany on March 1, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Laird allegedly damaged property at the scene and then departed in a vehicle, according to Sheriff’s deputies. Then upon returning to the scene, was he was allegedly operating a vehicle while allegedly intoxicated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Laird was held at the Genesee County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court on March 2, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beglervoic D. Ikonic, 20, of Rochester, NY, is charged with petit larceny, after allegedly stealing merchandise from a store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia on March 5, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
