Anderson, 42, of LeRoy, NY, is charged with DWI, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and moving from a lane unsafely after a single vehicle crash on Linwood Road in the town of LeRoy on March 14, 2023 at 1:51p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anderson was operating the vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He lost control of the vehicle which traveled off the roadway and overturned after striking a ditch. Anderson was not injured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 4, 2023 at 4:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">__________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roger J. Yencer, 47, of Mt. Morris, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 1st degree after allegedly violating a full stay away order of protection while being a passenger in a vehicle that the victim was driving on Rt. 63 in Batavia on March 11, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yencer was held at the Genesee County Jail for CAP Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shawn L.
