Robbins, 41, of Bergen, NY, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd degree after allegedly pushing a person and allegedly slapping another person in Bergen on March 16, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robbins was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on April 12, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian C. Valyear, 18, of Alexander, NY, is charged with DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more, after an investigation into a vehicle blocking the roadway on Alexander Road (Rt. 98) on March 18, 2023 at 12:27a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Valyear was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in Alexander Town Court on April 18, 2023 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">____________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curtis Middlebrooks Jr., 33, of Alabama, NY, is charged with harassment 2nd degree after an incident on Bloomingdale Road in Alabama on March 18, 2023 at 6:55p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Middlebrooks Jr. was arraigned in Genesee County CAP Court and released on his own recognizance.
